- Earthquake (in California): ICAT's California Earthquake product has protected homeowners since 2014 from the risks of an earthquake event with customized package solutions.
- Hurricane (in Hawaii): ICAT provides an admitted stand-alone “named” hurricane policy to complement a homeowners policy. Flexible deductible options range from 1% - 10%.
- Multi-Peril (in the Gulf and Eastern Seaboard): ICAT collaborates with select wholesale brokers to offer non-admitted homeowners and wind-only policies on behalf of Paraline Syndicate 4242. Our comprehensive product offers full homeowners wind-only coverage for coastal Tier 1 and Tier 2 homes in the Gulf and Eastern Seaboard.
