Lodge a claim

Find the appropriate details below for the type of claim you wish to make.

Australian Golf Insurance

You will receive a return email confirming the lodgement of your submission.

Please note: Failure to complete the correct claim form or use an incorrect address for your claim type will cause significant delays in the processing of the claim.

Step 1: Complete the claim form

To assist in expediting your claim, where possible please attach;

  • Please attach police complaint acknowledgement forms for all cases of theft or loss.
  • Receipts or other documents to establish evidence of ownership and the value of each item. In cases of equipment or property please supply evidence of serial numbers for confirmation to manufacturers and the police.
  • Repair quotes.

Step 2: Send an email to aus.propertyclaims@chubb.com with the following included:

  1. Completed claim form
  2. Supporting documents
  3. Include this line of text for policy identification: “This is a claim relating to the Victor Golf Scheme, Chubb master policy number is 01FX554713”

Step 1: Complete the claim form 

Step 2: Send an email to aus.liabilityclaims@chubb.com with the following included:

  1. Completed claim form
  2. Supporting documents
  3. Include this line of text for policy identification: “This is a claim relating to the Victor Golf Scheme, Chubb master policy number is 01CL554715"

An injury has been sustained to a person recognised by the club as a club volunteer while they were acting in their official capacity as a volunteer.

Step 1: Complete the claim form

Step 2: Send an email to a&hclaims.au@chubb.com with the following included:

  1. Completed claim form
  2. Supporting documents
  3. Include this line of text for policy identification: "This is a claim relating to the Victor Golf Scheme, Chubb master policy number is 01VW554714"

Step 1: Complete the claim form relevant to your claim

Step 2: Send an email to aus.financiallinesclaims@chubb.com with the following included:

  1. Completed claim form
  2. Supporting documents
  3. Include this line of text for policy identification: “This is a claim relating to the Victor Golf Scheme, Chubb master policy number is 01CH554717”
