Caroline is responsible for the underwriting result and executing the underwriting strategies for all Property & Casualty classes.
Caroline had achieved 20 years in her current role at Victor. Prior to that she held various underwriting roles with Aviva.
She enjoys collaborating with colleagues and mentoring and coaching individuals to achieve their aspirations.
