Michael Ferber
Head of Victor Small Business
Michael (Mike) Ferber is the Head of Victor’s Small Business division responsible for the overall strategy, service and product delivery.
Mike has 25 years of technology, process-effectiveness and change management experience. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Information Officer at ICAT, Victor’s catastrophe business, with responsibilities in technology, digital and user experience strategies, as well as operational processes.
Prior to joining Victor, Mike served as the Senior Vice President of Change Management for Lehman Brothers Mortgage division in Denver; led GMAC’s operations and technology team in the mortgage banking division; and spent seven years with Ernst & Young.
He holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.
