Tim McDougald

Tim McDougald is President of Victor US, responsible for defining and implementing Victor’s strategy for the US specialty business. He is located in Boston, MA and is a member of Victors Global Executive Committee.
Tim brings a wealth of leadership and insurance experience spanning 34 years at Marsh where he served in a variety of leadership roles in both New York and Boston. Prior to his current role as Marsh’s New England Operations leader, he led Marsh’s New York Metro Risk Management team. He began his career at Marsh in 1989 as a Large Accounts Casualty broker.
He graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics.
