Victor, the leading global managing general underwriter, today announced the appointment of Tim McDougald as president of its Victor US specialty underwriting business, effective immediately. In this role, Mr. McDougald will be responsible for the overall growth, innovation, and talent development for Victor US. He will be based in Boston, Massachusetts, and reports to Charles Williamson, CEO of Victor.
Mr. McDougald brings a wealth of leadership and insurance experience spanning 34 years at Marsh where he served in a variety of leadership roles in both New York and Boston. Prior to his current role as Marsh’s New England Operations leader where Tim has served for eight years, he led Marsh’s New York Metro Risk Management team.
