Victor uses the same pool of insurers who provide our Professional Liability or E&O insurance coverage.
This reduces the chances of a gap in coverage occurring if two policies are placed with different insurers.
- Policy form – occurrence (claims-made for some classes)
- Policy period – concurrent with that of the firm’s professional liability or E&O policy
- Capacity:
- Limits up to $25,000,000 with property damage deductibles starting at $500 (maximum limit available in Quebec is $20,000,000)
- Limits up to $5,000,000 are available for policyholders in Victor’s Small Firm Program for Architects and Engineers, the Information Technology sector and Victor’s CGL program
- Annual minimum premiums – starting at $495 for a $1,000,000 limit
- Territory – services anywhere in the world subject to suit first brought in Canada or the United States
- Non-owned automobile including S.E.F. 94, 96, 99
- Employers' bodily injury liability
- Employee benefits errors and omissions
