It protects against any potential claims that may result from bodily injury, property damage, personal injury or advertising injury.

*This product targets non-standard and hard-to-place liability insurance types.

The stand-alone product covers CGL exposures for:

  • Manufacturers and suppliers (up to 75% U.S. revenue exposure)
  • Contractors with operations beyond those addressed by Victor’s construction insurance department, including service contractors outside the construction industry
  • Retailers and wholesalers
  • Campgrounds
  • Daycares
  • Special events
  • Risks eligible for CGL coverage in other Victor departments but not offered on a stand-alone basis

  • Policy form – occurrence (claims-made for some classes)
  • Available on a monoline basis or to support errors and omissions (E&O) and directors and officers (D&O) liability placements with Victor
  • Policy period – annual
  • Capacity – limits up to $5,000,000
  • Standard IBC wording and endorsements
  • Competitive commission rates
